Why do small habits make a big difference?

Tiny habits are small, simple actions that can be easily integrated into your daily routine. These habits may seem insignificant on their own, but when practiced consistently over time, they can lead to significant changes in your life.

One of the reasons tiny habits are so powerful is that they are easy to stick to. When starting a new habit, it can be overwhelming to think about the big picture and all the changes you need to make.
