As Medicaid law in most states prohibits direct cash payments, our role as a Financial Management Service (FMS) provider, is to help you in your role of the employer of your own support workers. They assist you in hiring, paying for your choice of support workers and services, all within your state-approved personalized spending budget and local rules.
