Nick Giulioni is a successful real estate investor, entrepreneur, and coach hailing from Southern California, but now lives in Carmel, Indiana. Nick attended USC's prestigious undergraduate business school, where he gained a solid foundation in business knowledge and skills. He started his career in e-commerce sales, working with industry giants such as Newegg, D-Link, TP-Link, Razer, Corsair, and Oculus Direct to Consumer sales. Nick has been happily married to his wife, Diane Giulioni, for over a decade. They are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, a daughter named Bailey, in April. In 2016, Nick experienced a career setback that led him to explore real estate investing as an alternative income source. Since then, he has successfully owned and managed over 150 rental properties and flipping projects in Indianapolis, Indiana. His real estate investments also enabled him to purchase and operate one of Indiana's top wedding venues, The Wilds in Bloomington. In March 2022, Nick made the bold decision to leave the traditional working world and pursue real estate full time. Currently, he manages 10-15 flipping projects simultaneously while operating two wedding venues.
