Spencer Ackerman, who writes Forever Wars, joined us to talk about the ICC’s announcement that it plans to indict Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli and Hamas officials for war crimes. Spencer explains why the US rushed to denounce the ICC’s move, why very little will likely come of this and, ultimately, why the “rules based international order” is just a mirage.
