Kathryn Turley lives in Cottonwood Heights, Utah and was diagnosed with breast cancer in May of 2010. Kathryn had grade 3 stage 2b triple-positive (ER, PR, HER2) breast cancer which in general is more aggressive than other breast cancers and requires additional chemotherapy treatment. After surgery, a year of chemotherapy, and additional radiation therapy, Kathryn has been breast cancer free. Tune in to hear her amazing perspective on what it’s like to be diagnosed with breast cancer, the importance of personalized care, the love and support she felt, and her advice for others.
