On this episode I was joined by Calum Fraser, a personal trainer who came from humble beginnings and has work relentlessly on his craft. I was honoured to have him in the studio for a long conversation about his time in the industry and how he got to where he's at. We also spent alot of time talking about training philosophy and how it applies to everyday life. Another major topic was the dangers of online coaching which we were both critical of and how you should earn the privilege to be an online coach. Calum also opened up about his second job as an disability support worker and how it shaped his perspective on life.
