Today I am joined by Joan Cox. A Baltimore-born feminist and lesbian artist, Joan is a figurative painter whose work portrays intimate and loving relationships between women—through the use of contemporary narrative portraiture. Joan is represented by Catalyst Contemporary in Baltimore and had her most recent solo exhibit entitled “Frauenhaus” at Catalyst in late 2019 - early 2020.
