People diet for many reasons, like wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve their physique. However, dieting can become boring or monotonous. So very few people stick to their diet plan without having a cheat day. The concept is based on the idea that a dieter can ‘cheat’ for one day a week as long as they follow their diet plan for the remaining six days.
