- ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐: It's easy to identify a property that is vacated for a long time just by doing this a lot. Don't you think it's really hard to see from the visuals, especially when it is six months old?
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐: Is there a system that you use or recommend to identify which ones are vacant?
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐: Do you also look at the crime rate, the schooling district, and all that stuff in wholesaling?
