Manage episode 432027054 series 3328959
Meet Joachim Latocha, Founder of Barons. Joachim has an educational background in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School and started his early career as an associate investing in private equity and venture funds. He continued working for Deloitte, where he worked his way up to the position of Director before founding Barons, which offers damn good business shirts for men at affordable prices.
In this conversation, Joachim and Maria discuss topics such as the importance of persistence and consistency when growing a company, remembering to focus on activities that bring you joy and energy—even if it entails moving out of the CEO role—and the impact of taking time off to destress and rejuvenate.
