Marriage Meeting Format:
Adoration: Tell your spouse something that you adore about them. It can be anything that comes to mind. The key is to be genuine.

Challenges: Share with your spouse any challenges you are struggling with. Again, these could be work challenges, dealing with one of your children, or anything else!

Chores: The goal here is to get on the same page about the things that need to be done. These could be chores around the house, bills that need to be paid, etc. The point is to keep communication open about tasks that need attention.

Planning for Good Times: Lastly, always have a spot on the calendar where you plan to go out and have a good time! It could be as extreme as a week-long getaway or as simple as fast food on the porch!
