One of the core operating principles for success at Sendible is to "Be the CEO of your domain". However, until recently, Sendible had adopted a Product Management process that was reliant on stakeholders passing down the solution to the Development Team. This didn't leave much room for developers to come up with their own solutions.
In fact, it was a complete contradiction of the kind of company we wanted to be!
