Heather Gilletti joined Sendible at the start of 2019 as our first US-based, customer-facing employee. A few months later, she was promoted to Customer Success Manager. At the time, one of our goals was to get closer to our customers, so Heather was tasked with not only leading but also growing Sendible's first fully distributed department.
