Rachel Earp and her husband Dale are the cofounders of two national companies Earp Enterprises & Earpware. As a sheltered young girl from a blue collar family in rural Indiana, Rachel had to overcome many struggles to become who she is today. She is a wife and mother of two boys (one with Down syndrome). She is an author and the host of the Podcast "Heels, Handbags, and Hustle". Her greatest joy is connecting with other like minded high achievers. And, she is passionate about encouraging women to live with dignity, purpose, and fulfillment!
