Hot Toddy
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/4 of a fresh lemon to squeeze
- 1 oz honey
- 3/4 cup hot water
- Ground nutmeg
Add bourbon and honey to a mug. Squeeze 1/4 of a fresh lemon in. Pour 3/4 cup hot water and stir until combined. Sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top.
Barrell Dovetail
Dovetail is a blend of 10 year old Indiana whiskey finished in cabernet sauvignon casks and 11 year old Tennessee bourbon finished in rum casks and port pipes.
Proof: 124 (62% ABV)
Age: Blend of 10 & 11 year
Tasting Notes: A smooth but aggressive whiskey. Lots of sweet & fruity notes, with molasses and dark cherries with hints of citrus and tobacco. Very complex and developed flavors. Finishes with a pepper spice and a little bit of heat, followed by sweet and smooth, almost like toasted marshmallows.
