We started the episode talking all things skin care, skin protection, sun protection - and education! But where we hit REAL gold with Rene was in her most challenging moment in her business - she had a brand new baby, and her business partner notified her that they no longer wanted to share in the business! Rene talked about what it felt like to be counting on the opportunity to be home with her first child - and instead finding herself in the midst of business (and personal) turmoil. She shared how her mother would come stay with her new son, and Rene would SERVICE THE HECK out of her long time clients! Over the next year, despite not taking on one new client, business revenues were up by over 37% - just by having more interaction with her existing clients. They experienced growth in their own businesses! They started buying more product. And ultimately - it led to more revenue for her. Because the rug had been pulled out from underneath her, she found more creative ways to service her clients, automate her business, and depend on her team to ensure that everything was still getting done. When Rene had her second child, she AGAIN had to create systems and depend even more on her team - and that year, she experienced over 50% in growth!
