Jeremy Friedman is the CEO and co-founder of Stoic Equity Partners, established in 2020 with partner Grant Reaves. His expertise spans commercial real estate, finance, and investment, and he has successfully co-founded three companies, including Kaloosa Builders and Katapult Properties. Jeremy began his career in investment banking in Memphis, TN, transacting over $1 billion in securities and progressing through VP and SVP roles. In 2006, he founded Kaloosa Builders in Fairhope, AL, leading innovative projects like the state’s first green-certified home. Later, at Bellator Commercial Real Estate, he met Reaves and they started Stoic, focusing on asset and project management in commercial real estate.
