Eden Mill St Andrews is an independently owned distillery in the Lowlands region of Scotland. Operating since 2012 on a 38-acre site owned by the University of St Andrews, Eden Mill became Scotland's first single-site brewery & distillery. Today Eden Mill produces award winning gins and scotches, bringing the Spirit of St Andrews to the world.
