The Women’s World Cup is winding down, and though American fans may watched their team bow out earlier than usual, the tournament has not been short of compelling and interesting story lines. One such story line centers around six players from Racing Louisville in the NWSL. Not only did the club send six players to the World Cup, those players represented six different nations. When you consider the historic nature of Nigeria and South Africa advancing out of the group stage, you can argue those six players have been as impactful as players from any club across the globe.
