Good news just keeps on flowing out of the federal judiciary, as a District Court in Texas issued a nationwide preliminary injunction on Dec 3 enjoining the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act and the FINCEN beneficial ownership reporting requirement.
This means that means that FOR NOW, companies do not have to file beneficial ownership reports with FINCEN under the corporate transparency act.
