'The money to make decisions' | Setting Conditions for Success
How does reciprocity encourage individuals to balance their own self interest with the good of the community? Can shared social norms such as reciprocity, together with trust, enable those in a community to more easily communicate, cooperate to create stability and a thriving community? In this episode, Joanne and Sarah are in conversation with Mayra Orellana-Powell founder of Catracha Coffee.
