Her first book Intercultural Mediation in Healthcare, describing the cultural work of medical interpreters, was published in 2016. She is writing her second book entitled Intercultural Communication for Healthcare Providers. She is an active member of numerous T&I associations and is passionate about promoting language access as a human right.
