Today, I want to talk about recognizing God's voice. ποΈ You see, as leaders, it's essential to lead ourselves first. π Proverbs 3:5 reminds us to lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all our heart and mind. π Don't rely on your own insight or understanding. Instead, know, recognize, and acknowledge God in all your ways. He will direct your path. π
But here's the thing: if we're wise in our own eyes and make decisions without seeking God's guidance, we're essentially being our own leaders. π€ Let's not forget that God wants to lead, guide, and show us the right path. πΊοΈ So, let's be wise by prioritizing time with Him, being in His Word, and listening for His voice. ππ
Remember, as leaders, the culture we create is influenced by those who pour into us. So, let's choose to be led by God and allow His wisdom to flow through us. ππ
