When I say busy, I mean like barely get a breath in between calls & appointments busy…
That’s why it’s SO important to automate everything you can.
When I first launched my coaching business, I was so overwhelmed with my to-do list. As soon as I started making money, I hired my first assistant. I spent hours and hours training her and getting her ready to take things off my plate but...in the end, it didn’t work out. Honestly, that’s been my experience for the most part.
