Diving into perspectives on following your own flow. How the flow of your life has so much to do with how you experience life. How changing the flow of my life changed everything. Asking the question if the flow you are living in actually resonates with you. How living in a flow that is not in resonance with you actually shrinks your energy and how that plays into mental health. Allowing our flow to fluctuate and oscillate as we do within our journey. Giving ourselves permission to allow the flow of our life to match with our inner self and allowing ourselves to have fluidity in our life. Your flow of your life and being is allowed to be different from others and you no longer need to try to shrink your expansive soul into a small box of structure that doesn’t resonate for you.
