In the introductory episode of this three part series, Aleks and Rob reminisce on their time working for a German Cruise Line. They talk about how they were introduced to the industry, getting certified as a Seafarer, daily life on board, and what this experience has taught them.

Our hearts go out to the folks who are still working on the ships, keeping this industry alive, and who - by making this sacrifice - are unable to see their families, put their health and safety on the line everyday to serve guests and in many cases, are unable to touch land for months at a time. And to all of those seafarers waiting to go back to their job - their home and family on the water; We miss you and we hope to sail with you again someday.
