Today, we've got a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms popping up after 4 pm. It'll be partly sunny, with the thermometer climbing to around 92 degrees. It might feel even hotter, with heat index values reaching as high as 101! The wind will start calm but switch to the southeast at about 5 miles per hour later on.
Tonight, things are rolling in with a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms, especially after 7 pm. Be prepared for heavy rainfall potential, folks. The sky will become more clouded, and temperatures will dip to about 72 degrees. The southeast wind will pick up to 5 to 10 miles per hour, with some gusts up to 20 miles per hour. And get this, we might see between 2 to 3 inches of new rainfall.
