New technology to help 9-1-1 dispatchers is now making news after a few years of trialing it in certain Connecticut municipalities. Bridgeport was one of the places chosen to try it. We spoke about what the technology is and why it’s proving to be effective in emergency responses with Scott Appleby, Director of Emergency Management.
