Over the years, I’ve had thousands of conversations with creatives around the world. Naturally, many of those conversations included talk of perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome, and other internal roadblocks.
What I learned from those conversations is that all of internal roadblocks you might experience in your creative practice ultimately boil down to a fear of—in some way—not being enough. And not-enoughness is just another word for shame, which is why we’re exploring shame in depth in today’s inaugural episode of Wildmaking!
