Episode 10: Finals Reflections

Another semester of finals are in the books. How did you do? Did any of your grades increase from midterms? Did you not do as well on your finals and didn't get grade you hoped for? Did you fail a class? Whatever your outcome, you get a chance to wipe the slate clean next semester. However, you’ll still need to reflect on this semester and identify the things that went well and the things that didn’t. Success doesn’t automatically happen. It comes through gradual improvement. In order to get better, you must take a look back to determine your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and make an action plan for getting better. Reflections began when you ask yourself tough questions and use the answers in a meaningful way. In this episode, the host, Dr. Erin provides five important questions to guide self-reflection at the conclusion of a semester.
