Transcript:
Hi, Rob, here from the art of health question is stress good for you? It's a great question today. I'm going to talk about three things. I'm going to talk about grit Then I'll talk about resilience, and then I'm going to talk about super resilience. Firstly, grit, grit is a great skill to develop, especially, when you've got a positive goal, something that you want to achieve in the future that is going to benefit you, and it's going to benefit the people around you and other people. You need some grit, for example, for personal fitness. You know the the benefits of that - you're going to feel better. You have a better body shape, and when you feel well and better, you'll be able to help those around you to feel well and better too it's infectious, but you need some grit to carry on with that training to keep doing it regularly.
