In this episode we continue our rambles from last episode on what we feel are important factors in contributing to a healthy life.

We recap on the why training really is the elixir of life, and move onto what you need to be aware of from a nutrition and sleep perspective, what you need to know, and a few take homes in terms of optimising these.
