Today's guest is Rev. Dr. Christian Frazier who is a renowned author, motivational speaker, mindfulness instructor, mental health educator, and advocate for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mental health. He is the Former Chair of the BIPOC Committee for the Hillsborough County Zero Suicide Alliance, a member of the National Council of WellBeing, and Former Board Membet of NAMI Hillsborough. He is also a part of the national "Changing Minds Initiative" advocating Mental Health Awareness as a nationally certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Rev. Dr. Frazier is passionate about helping people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. He uses his platform to educate and empower individuals and communities about mental health, addiction, and recovery. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including The NY Post, The NY Times, The Huffington Post, Black Enterprise Magazine, Florida Realtor Magazine, The Orlando Sentinel, The Orlando Business Journal.
In addition to his speaking and writing, Rev. Dr. Frazier also offers a variety of workshops and training programs on mental health and mindfulness. He is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a Recovery Peer Specialist.Rev.
