After leaving full-time wrestling, Lou transitioned to stunt work and fight choreography in films, teaching actors how to safely perform wrestling moves and stunts. In the episode, Lou also discusses founding his independent wrestling promotion, Outcast Wrestling Revolution, alongside his girlfriend Cindy, aiming to bring the excitement of wrestling to the local community in Connecticut.
