Job hopping can be one of the most effective ways to exponentially increase your pay/salary in very short periods of times, especially for women and minorities...so it’s no surprise that Black women may be more predisposed to take our talents elsewhere once we’ve hit that proverbial “glass ceiling” of success at a company.
