Goal don't have to be permanent, and pivoting to something new isn't a failure (nor is the time you spent pursuing your original goal). In this solo episode, Natalie shares some perspective on when goals can start to weigh you down, what to do when you are feeling burnt out in the pursuit of your goal, and how to know whether it's time to push through, or move on from that goal. This is a great episode to listen to during this end of year reflection time, during your athletic off season / holiday break from sports, or during a transitional period, and includes tips such as journal prompts and more to help you build self awareness and reflect on your highs and lows.
