Do you have neck pain? Have you seen a healthcare provider and just didn't get the quality of care you were looking for or didn't get better?? On this episode we delve into your neck pain and how to manage it! Neck pain is very common and ( if you lump it into back pain) is one of the most common reasons residents in the U.S see their primary care physicians. With all the advances in surgical procedures, ergonomic chairs, and "supportive shoes" why has back pain/ neck pain not gotten better? Why has this trend not changed? Most likely, because we are not addressing the ROOT CAUSE of the problem. Working on strength, mobility, and how you move are three steps you can take to take control of your neck and your life!
