Today we're covering the #1 Secret to getting more results from your workouts. When we're not seeing the progress we want to in our fitness or those body composition changes, or getting there as fast as we want to, it can be frustrating & discouraging.

Especially postpartum when we're just trying to feel more like ourselves again and regain the strength & confidence in our bodies as we return to our normal exercise routine, performing on the military PT test, passing the height & weight standards, etc. And when we're short on time, we have to optimize the time we DO spend working out, to see those gains we're after.

Today I'm giving you the ONE principle you NEED to know, and walk you through 12 different, easy ways to apply this in your exercise sessions so you can crush those goals, and BUST through any plateaus, walls you're experiencing, or improve any core & pelvic floor symptoms you're managing like Diastasis Recti, leaking pee when running or jumping, pelvic pain or discomfort, etc.
