Welcome to our Power Yoga: Summer Sculpt Series at the park! Each Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8am we will be at the Highland Park!
This Summer Sculpt Series will focus on specific muscle groups each day.
Each class will still start with shavasana and stretching, lead into our power series for the day, then end with stretching and shavasana.
Weights are optional. Bring a yoga mat and water!
Balanced Wellness is located in Highland, IL and is a Wellness Studio that provides massage therapy, yoga classes, wellness education, and retreats.
Our mission at BW is to provide a place where self-care and wellness meet to create a sanctuary for women to rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit.
