Dr. Caroline Leaf shared the quote of the Pandemic, if you ask me. "This is a Pandemic, NOT a productivity contest." It's time we loosen up on the expectations we have for ourselves and others during this time. Wow, do I need that advice! I've got to really work on acting on it. But we as we see that this is a marathon and not a sprint, we have got to pace ourselves, give ourselves Grace, and be OK with doing whatever it is we need to do in order to thrive during this time -- or perhaps, for some of us, just survive. Today we recognize that our best laid plans may need to be flushed down the toilet. We must remain open to shifting course, readjusting, and removing what no longer serves us.
