Chelli Pumphrey, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Author, Coach and Reiki Master, and has over 25 years of experience as a trauma therapist. She is the founder of Trilogy Holistic Mental Health and the Nest Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Center in Denver, Colorado and is also the Clinical Director of Strength in Motion Counseling in Boulder, Colorado. She is passionate about challenging the status quo of traditional mental health treatment by offering a holistic, mind, body, spirit focused approach to healing.
Chelli was a featured relationship coach in Leap: The Coaching Movie, featuring John Gray and Jack Canfield. She plans to publish her book, Insight is 20/20: How To Protect Yourself From Narcissists, Bullies, and Toxic People in May 2022 with New Degree Press in an effort to help people prevent and heal from toxic relationship patterns.
