5 Questions Segment
Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? My Shiba Inu (dog), Simba is a big part of my morning routine. I’m an early riser, I start my morning sending out emails, getting my workout in, and walking my dog. That’s the 20-30 minutes every morning no matter what, that I can disconnect and be really introspective and thoughtful about my calendar. Be a student of my calendar and prioritize what's most important.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? For me, professional success is when you reach a point where what you have accomplished allows you to positively impact those who come behind you.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? When you are grateful for everything that you have. That you wake up, a home to live in, food to eat when you can be grateful for everything you have.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? It’s okay to fail.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? One thing that’s consistent with the most successful people is learning to prioritize their health and wellness.
