As restrictions are starting to lessen or be lifted completely, competitions are becoming more and more popular and available. After a crazy year, all of the avid competitors are signing up! However, registrations are all opening up at the same time and selling out quickly. Plus, we are so quick to sign up for the tournaments that we don't realize we are competing back to back weekends without pause. Has anyone else gotten to the point where they are tired of competing? Exicted for a break? Or just feel indifferent? Well, if any of those apply to you, then you are going through competition burnout.
