Yesterday I wanted to know what am I made of! I’ve heard bodybuilders doing 5 hours 8 hours training sessions and I wanted to challenge myself to see if I can do it too, if I fit in the category and I did! I trained for 5 hours straight at the gym. Started with Heavy long leg circuit with strairmaster in between the sets to keep my heart rate up. Then half an hour stairmaster and then half an hour on trademill fast uphill! I posted my day journey on my Instagram story and I got a lot of questions why am I doing it What’s the benefit of it?
