This episode was inspired by conversation with my friend when we use the traffic jam as a metaphor for life situations.
To break free from feeling stuck or frustrated, we must be willing to help move the obstacles ahead. We need to keep calm and grateful all the time so we can spot the gap or opportunity to get unstuck.
When we are in stress mode, when we are angry with traffic itself and silly cars or thinking how bad it is to be late for the meeting, we create the tunnel vision and inflexibility. This is the same in life and business.
Too much focus on what doesn't work and spend too much time in stress or anger will block our view.
Sometimes to move forward we need to help someone else in front of us.
