Posture can be detrimental to your health and your body.

I don’t say that to scare you or to add more to your to-do list or to be dramatic. I say that so you can bring awareness to your movement patterns and habits throughout your day to improve the longevity of your life.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years – closing diastasis recti, healing pelvic floor dysfunction, getting rid of back pain – and the commonality between pain and dysfunction in the body is how you are holding your body.
