Have you ever experienced discrimination because of your race?
If you didn't notice, the pandemic has certainly fueled racism especially targeted towards Asian Americans. As if it's not enough that people are feeling anxious during these uncertain times as they navigate the risks associated with COVID-19, tension from lockdowns, and isolation but now, the pandemic has seen an escalation of racial discrimination against non-citizens and people of color.
Would you agree then that racism and discrimination have perhaps gotten worse because of COVID-19 or rather, was it always there?
