Now an 800m Olympic semi-finalist and British senior 800m champion, Phoebe Gill becomes the first return guest as she dives into the details and behind the scenes of her recent debut Olympic experience.
Phoebe has always been a phenomenal record breaking athlete but her progression over the past few months saw her from being a world class junior athlete to not just a world class senior athlete, but one of the very best in the world.
In this episode we talk through everything that has changed since the last time we spoke ( back in December 2023), her journey to the Olympics, experience at the Olympics, and her aspirations moving forward.
Phoebe is a truly phenomenal individual, who displays an exceptional level of maturity and self reflection, whilst remaining down to earth and straight up lovely. It is clearly no co-incidence that her personality has allowed her realise her physical potential to such a high level at such a young age.
