In this episode we'll go back to the foundation of what this exploration is about and tie all of the information that I have shared with you so far together, as well as add a few key ideas, so that you get a sense of the flow of how it all works.
I'll discuss the way the mechanisms of consciousness bring our experience of reality to us. We'll explore how the various types of information the self sends our way, play a part in that and our part in steering that process, so that we have the type of outcomes we prefer to experience in our life.
We'll also explore how we may be opposing or denying the natural flow of our movement and ways to recognize and alter that.
