McCallum has an extensive hospitality career, including senior roles at the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel Harbourside, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, ARIA Resort & Casino, and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino before her current role. She has also been a strategic advisor for Roomdex and Volan Technology, as well as being a member of the board for both the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association and Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).
